To the wood
To bring your presents

Delicious food.
Kids:
Oh, dear Mummy,
It’s great!
For your coming back
We’ll wait.
Mummy:
If Big Bad Wolf
Comes to eat you up,
His feet are black,
His voice is gruff and sharp,
Don’t open the door for him!
Kids:
Don’t worry, Mummy,
We shall not let him in!

Wolf:
Oh, what day is it today?
I think it’s Thursday,
But why am I in such a way?
I’m very thirsty!
I feel a terrible
Stomach-ache!
Some cold water
I should take.

Вовк і семеро козлят
(текст для розповідача-перекладача)
1. Зараз ви побачите, як в хатинці кози мирно веселяться козенята. Вони з радістю дізнаються, що їх матуся йде до лісу за гостинцями для своїх діток. Коза наказує не пускати до хати вовка. Його можна впізнати за його грубим голосом та чорними лапами. Малеча впевнена що вовка до хати вони ніколи не впустять.
2. Козенята весело співають: «Нам не страшний сірий вовк». А в двері вже стукає злий хижак. Він співає ніжну мамину пісню грубим вовчим голосом. І козенята не відчиняють йому двері.
3. Вовк відправляється до коваля щоб той підкував йому горло. Тепер голос у вовка такий же тонкий, як у кози.
4. Але козенята бачать чорну лапу вовка і знову не впускають в свою хатинку.
5. Вовк іде до пекаря, і той маже йому лапу тістом ніби вона поранена.
6. Тепер вовк з’являється до мельника за борошном для рани. Мельник боїться вовка і робить так, як вовк наказує: посипає йому лапу білим борошном.
7. Козенята бачать білу лапу і відкривають двері хитрому вовку. Лише найменшому козеняті вдається сховатися. А всіх інших вовк ковтає і задоволений іде під дерево спати.
8. Коза повертається додому і жахається: в хатинці перевернуто, козенят ніде не видно. Козеня, яке врятувалося про все їй розповідає, і вони разом ідуть до дерева під яким спить вовчисько.
Козенята ще шевелються в животі вовка. Коза ножицями розрізає йому живіт.
9. З вовчого живота вискакують живі і уцілілі козенята. Коза та її діти щасливі! Козенята приносять каміння і мати зашиває це каміння вовку в живіт.
10. Вовк прокидається від сильного болю у животі. Йому дуже хочеться пити. Він іде до колодязя. Але важке каміння тягне звіря на дно колодязя. І вовка більше немає!
11. Козенята разом з матір’ю радіють, що назавжди позбулися злодюги.
