Мета:
навчальна: представити нові лексичні одиниці з теми «I love nature», учити школярів розпізнавати їх на слух; ознайомити учнів з літерами Nn, Uu та їхніми звуковими значеннями; навчити розпізнавати великі й малі літери Nn, Uu і писати їх; удосконалювати навички усного мовлення, мовну здогадку;
розвивальна: розвивати логічне мислення та уяву;
виховна: виховувати в учнів працелюбність в оволодінні англійською мовою;
соціокультурна компетенція: обирати і вживати відповідні до ситуації спілкування фрази;
загальнонавчальна компетенція: стежити за презентованою інформацією.
Тип уроку: введення нових знань.
Обладнання: іграшковий зайчик Bunny, підручники, комп’ютер, зошити, картки з зображенням літер.
Перебіг уроку
І. Організаційна частину уроку. Уведення в іншомовну атмосферу.

T: Hello! How are you, Nadia?

• Phonetic drill. Game “Sounds - Words”
T: Let’s play the game “Sounds - Words”. Be active and remember the English words you know. Listen attentively. Raise your hands. [b].
P: Boy. Bear. Big. Ball. Boat. Bird. Brother. Blue. Bye! (Well done!)
The other sounds [ k, d, e, f, g, h, I, k, i, m, o, p].
II. Основна частина уроку
1. Aim.
A teacher shows the cards and asks the pupil’s about the theme of the lesson. (Nature)
2. Presenting new words. Ex. 1, p. 38.
T: Look here. What is on the picture? (A tree, a tree, a tree) Let’s repeat all together.
Аналогічне опрацювання кожного малюнка (A nest, an egg, a plate).
3. Consolidation of new lexical material. Learning the rhyme. Ex. 2, p.38.
T: Look at the exercise 2, p. 38. What do you see? Listen to the poem and clap every time when you listen to the words which are on the picture. Listen to the chant.
T: Listen again and repeat!
T: Let’s say the chant all together.
4. Practicing dialogic speech. Ex. 3, p. 38.
T: Look at the picture again. Point to a cat. Where is the cat? Good! It’s under the tree. Repeat all together. (Where are the eggs? - They are in the nest.)

T: Let’s stand up. Listen and repeat. 1, 2, 3 – hop. 1, 2, 3 – stop.
6. Presenting letters Nn, Uu and their sounds (PB: ex. 4, p. 39)
a) T: Open your pupil’s books at page three and nine. Look at the pictures. Today we learn two letters of the ABC. N, n, n. [en] Repeat, please. (N, n, n). N is the letter of the ABC. Letter “N” we can see and write. But when I tell you the words with letter “N”, you hear the sound [n] – nut, necklace. ([n] – nut, nut, nut, necklace, necklace, necklace).
The other letter of the ABC is Uu. [ju]. Repeat please. (U, u, u) But when I tell you the words with letter “U”, you hear the sound [ʌ] – umbrella ([ʌ] – umbrella, umbrella, umbrella).
b) Look at the cards. What are the letters? (Nn, Uu). Take your pens. Let’s write the letters in the air.

8. Practice reading. Ex. 5, p. 39.
T: Now we read English words with the letters we have learnt. Look at task five. Listen to the words and follow me. Listen again. Clap your hands when you hear the the sound [n]. ([ʌ]) Well done!
